- First off I am not defending the shooter- he was wrong and should be punished. But, a couple of thoughts. Number one, just because the other kid was gay does NOT make it a hate crime. Hate crime legislation is ridiculous.

- fm1010, for the last 4+ years we've seen stickers and shirts with "Bush- Not My President" worn proudly by liberals everywhere.  And now the shoe is on the other foot, but conservatives should be ashamed???  WTF??
